Chinese American Veterans from WWII to Afghanistan
Author Victoria Moy will discuss her forthcoming book, "Fighting for the Dream:  Voices of Chinese American Veterans from WWII to Afghanistan." 

She will be joined by veterans See-wan Szeto and Wilem Wong, both profiled in the book.

This California Reads program is in partnership with Cal Humanities, the California Center for the Book, and the Chinese American Historical Society of Southern California.

This program is for adults and teens.

    Victoria Moy, author of Fighting for the Dream: Voices of Chinese American Veterans from World War II to Afghanistan spent 7 years collecting the oral histories and putting together this book. She was born and raised in New York City and currently lives in Los Angeles. She graduated with a MFA in Playwriting/ Screenwriting from the University of Southern California.
